Veidekke ASA: New contract at Lahaugmoen in Skedsmo
Veidekke's subsidiary Norske Stålbygg AS has signed a contract with Anthon B Nilsen Eiendom AS to build a combined warehouse and logistics building for Blomsterringen and Primafloor at Lahaugmoen outside Oslo. The value of the contract is NOK 156 million excluding VAT.

The building, which will have a gross area of 15,000 m2 overall, will be erected at Lahaugmoen Industrial Park in Skedsmo municipality. This is the third building contract for Veidekke in the area where the former military camp is being converted to a new and centrally located industrial park with an environmental profile, located between classified road 4 and the E6 motorway a short distance from both Oslo and Oslo Airport Gardermoen.
Norske Stålbygg will undertake the project in a joint venture with Veidekke's building and construction operation in Oslo. Work has already commenced, and the building is to be handed over to the client in December 2017.
