Veidekke ASA: New loan agreement and higher credit facility

Veidekke ASA has signed a new loan agreement with DNB Bank ASA today. The agreement includes a credit facility of NOK 3.6 billion, due 2 November 2020. The new agreement replaces a similar agreement from 2012, however the credit facility has now been increased by NOK 0.5 billion compared to the previous agreement.

Veidekke expects growth going forward and therefore wants to have financial flexibility. The agreement with DNB provides a good basis for realizing this growth strategy.

Veidekke has signed a Nibor-based loan agreement with a fixed loan margin. NOK 1.1 billion has currently been drawn under the credit facility, hence Veidekke's available credit facility is NOK 2.5 billion.
