Veidekke ASA: New President and CEO takes on responsibilities in Veidekke
As previously announced, as of today, Arne Giske (56) is President and CEO of Veidekke, following Terje R. Venold. The new corporate management team has also been finalized, but the last two members assume their positions on 1 September.
Besides Arne Giske, Veidekke's new corporate management team consists of:
- Dag Andresen (51), who will continue as Executive Vice President with responsibility for Veidekke Entreprenør AS
- Jørgen Wiese Porsmyr (41), Executive Vice President with responsibility for Veidekke Industri AS and Veidekke Eiendom AS, acting CFO until 1 September
- Per-Ingemar Persson (57), who continues as Executive Vice President and head of the building and construction units in Sweden and Denmark, and takes on responsibility for Sweden as a whole as Veidekke Bostad AB comes under his area of responsibility
- Terje Larsen (52), Executive Vice President, CFO and responsible for IT, Procurement and Strategy (takes up position on 1 September)
- Hege Schøyen Dillner (45), Executive Vice President, with responsibility for HR, HSE and the environment as well as Communications and Legal (takes up position on 1 September)
