Veidekke ASA: Notice from bondholders’ meeting – VEI11

Reference is made to the stock exchange notices published 2 September 2020 with summons to bondholders’ meeting and 14 September 2020 with addendum to the summons.

The bondholders’ meeting was held today, and the proposal in the summons with addendum was approved by the bondholders. See attachment from Nordic Trustee AS.
