Veidekke ASA: To build 79 flats in Tønsberg
Following seven years of development, Profier, c/o Tolvkanten Boliger AS, has entered into an agreement with Veidekke Entreprenør to build the project Kilen Bolig with 79 seafront apartments in Tønsberg. This is a turnkey contract valued at NOK 151 million, excluding VAT.
The residential project is next to Presterødkilen with a view of Træla, a few minutes walk from the centre of Tønsberg. Kilen Bolig will comprise three buildings from three to six storeys in height, surrounding a sunny common courtyard. The apartments will range from 1 bedroom apartments 35 m2 in size to 3 bedroom apartments 123 m2 in size, with a high standard that includes waterborne underfloor heating, integrated white goods, a gas fireplace, balcony and lift from the parking garage.
The infrastructure related to the project has been a part of the Tønsberg package, which has greatly impacted progress during the development stage. Veidekke has cooperated with the developer for a full seven years on developing the project with zoning plans and construction of infrastructure along the way.

Hjertås of Veidekke Entreprenør AS Telemark/Vestfold.
Ground work has commenced, and the homes are scheduled to be ready for delivery in the spring of 2018.
