Veidekke ASA: To build for Felleskjøpet at Gardermoen
Veidekke Logistikkbygg has signed a contract with Olav Thon Eiendom (Gardermoen Park AS) for the construction of Felleskjøpet's new central warehouse at Gardermoen. This is a turnkey contract valued at NOK 181 million, excluding VAT.

The building construction will be approximately 23,600 m2 BTA and will be constructed at Gardermoen in Ullensaker municipality. Construction work starts after the holidays and the project will be completed in 18 months.
The entire property is 6 hectares, with a warehouse building of 20,000 m2 with automated solutions and other adaptations for goods and goods flow, 2,600 m2 of cold storage for small machines/equipment, and 25,000 m2 outdoors for the storage of machines.
