Today Veidekke Entreprenør was awarded the contract to build 56 flats at Ensjø in Oslo for Gladengveien DA. The project will be executed as a turnkey contract valued at NOK 113 million, excluding VAT.

"We have just completed Stålverksparken with 44 flats for Gladengveien DA, and are proud to be selected as partner for the development and construction of Gladengen Park on one of the best sites at Ensjø," says project manager Anders W. Haugen of Veidekke.

The building will be constructed of in situ concrete with prefabricated balcony and stair elements. The façades will primarily be plaster with metal details. All flats will have separate balconies or ground floor terraces. There will be a common roof terrace, and the cellar will accommodate storage spaces and parking facilities for cars and bicycles.

Veidekke has already started ground work, and occupation is planned for the fourth quarter of 2015.
