Veidekke ASA: To build new residential project for Nordr at Södermalm, Stockholm
Veidekke has been commissioned by Nordr to build Spinneriet, a residential project at Södermalm in Stockholm. The collaborative design and build contract is valued at approx. SEK 167 million, and the project is scheduled for completion in the spring of 2023.
Veidekke's assignment comprises new construction of a residential building with a total of 88 units and a garage. The project will be Nordic Ecolabelled, which requires active environmental and sustainability efforts throughout the construction process.
The contract is included in the order book for the current quarter.
