Veidekke ASA: Two new construction projects in Sør-Jylland and Sjælland
Veidekke's Danish subsidiary Hoffmann AS has signed contracts for two new projects in Denmark, a production and office space in Guderup in Sør-Jylland, and 82 new homes in Næstved in Sjælland. The contract value for the housing project in Næstved is DKK 119 million.
Linak, Round III is a new, round production and administration building for Linak A/S. The project consists of 13,275 m2 production/administration and approximately 9,500 m2 of parking space and associated outdoor areas. The building will have the same expression as the two previous round buildings, which Hoffmann constructed for Linak in 2002 and 2017 respectively. The building is built over 3 floors and a basement, with a diameter of 103 metres. Linak A/S is a Danish company that produces electric motor solutions.
Gaulum Park will be carried out as a turnkey contract together with the municipality's housing company Bolig Næstved. The project includes the demolition and environmental clearing of 81 existing homes, followed by the construction of 82 new homes constructed as townhouses on one level, as well as roof renovation of 60 townhouses. Construction will include a new common house, a new operations building and new outdoor areas with associated sheds for each dwelling.
The contracts are included in the order book for the second quarter 2020. The projects will be completed in 2021 and 2022 respectively.
