Today Veidekke Entreprenør was awarded the contract to build 62 flats on the Sørenga pier in Oslo for Sørenga Utvikling. The project will be executed as a turnkey contract valued at NOK 205 million, excluding VAT.
In addition to the 62 flats, Veidekke will build commercial premises on the ground floor of the project. The contract thus comprises a total of 10,100 m2 gross area. The flats will be equipped with exclusive kitchen and wardrobe solutions, parquet flooring with underfloor heating and high-standard bathrooms.
The top flats will have large roof terraces with a sea view, and there will additionally be a communal roof terrace for all residents. The project has been well-received by the market, and more than 60 % of the flats have been sold since sales started.
