Veidekke awarded new construction contract in Nyhamn, Landskrona
Veidekke Skåne AB has been awarded a contract by Derome Förvaltning AB to build two apartment buildings containing 32 apartments and an underground parking garage in Nyhamn, Landskrona.
The buildings are four and five stories high respectively, and are situated in Landskrona's new Nyhamn district. As the name indicates (Nyhamn = New harbour), the location is at the harbour approach to Landskrona. The buildings are characterised by powerful architecture and high standards.
The project will commence during late autumn of 2007 and is to be completed by the spring of 2009.
The contract value is approximately SEK 62 million.
In the agreement with Derome Förvaltning AB, an option is included for the construction of a further 31 apartments with parking. The option has a value of approximately SEK 55 million.
