Veidekke Builds Dwellings in Stockholm for SEK 99 million

Veidekke's subsidiary, Veidekke Stockholm AB, has been awarded the contract for the construction of apartments in the Köksfläkten Quarter in Stockholm. The client is Stockholms Kooperativa Bostadsförening (SKB), a major housing cooperative.
The contract is for the construction of 86 flats in two buildings with a total floor area of 10,600 square meters


The construction will be carried out as a turn-key project. The contract value is SEK 99 million excluding VAT.


The construction work will start at the end of 2002, and the flats will be ready for occupancy in the period August - October 2004.
