The Baglerbyen project is this year's housing success in Oslo. All flats of the first construction stage were sold in the course of a few days in spite of a generally difficult housing market.

The contract is for the first of three construction stages, which includes 68 flats distributed among three blocks of flats and parking facilities. The flats range in size from 59 m2 to 127 m2. Total area of the first stage is 7,100 m2.

The three buildings will be erected in concrete poured on site with wood and brick facades.

Architect is Enerhaugen Arkitektkontor AS.

The project will be carried out as a total project on behalf of Veidekke Eiendom AS. Construction has started, and the flats will be completed by February/March 2005.
