Veidekke builds for Svenska Bostäder
Veidekke Entreprenad AB Region Bygg Stockholm has been awarded a contract by Svenska Bostäder to build 127 rental flats and premises for daycare centres, offices and retail businesses in Annedal, North-West of Stockholm. Six of the flats will be built for assisted living.
The project is a contract valued at SEK 230 million under which Veidekke together with Svenska Bostäder AB have prepared the system documentation. Construction will commence immediately and the first tenants are scheduled to move in fourth quarter 2010.
