The development will take place at Kongsberg Business Park. The new complex consists of four buildings connected by a glass-covered atrium. A full basement and three of the office buildings will be constructed in the initial phase.

The six-storey complex has a total floor area of 33,000 sq.m. The basement floor represents 8,900 sq.m. The buildings will satisfy Norway's new energy regulations and will be built of prefabricated concrete elements.

The client is Kongsberg Næringsbygg 1 AS and Block Berge Bygg AS and Veidekke Entreprenør AS Buskerud will have joint responsibility for carrying out the work.

The foundation work will start immediately and the office complex will be finished around the turn of the year 2009/2010.
