This company has an annual turnover of approximately NOK 10 million. It was founded in 1974 and has gained a strong position in the Østfold region and a steady circle of customers. The Managing Director, Mr. Finn Egil Humlekjær, will continue in his position as manager of the company.

The parties have agreed not to make the purchase price public.

Veidekke Gjenvinning AS has also applied for a licence to establish another reception and sorting plant in the district.
