The production halls have a base of a total of 20,500 square metres. This area is distributed between two halls 30 x 72 metres in size with a cornice height of 33 metres, and five halls 30 x 72 metres in size with a cornice height of 18 metres. All buildings will be connected by glass courtyards. The work will be carried out as frameworks and closed buildings. The production halls contract is a turnkey contract. Total building time is 18 months, and work is to start immediately.

The deep-water quay is built with driven steel piles in filling. Blasting is to be carried out in the sea down to contour line minus 13. The quay consists of a roll on-roll off ramp and a deep-water quay, totalling 205 metres. Part of this contract is compression of the lot for the production halls. This will be done by Kynningsrud Fundamentering, which is a part of the Veidekke Group. This work has started and is to be completed in July 2010.
