Veidekke is building homes in Strømmen
 
Veidekke Entreprenør AS has signed two contracts totalling MNOK 180 million excl. VAT for the construction of flats in Strømmen. The clients are Veidekke Eiendom AS and Skolegata Utbygging AS. The architects for both projects are Enerhaugen Arkitektkontor AS.


Frydenlund, Strømmen
This project for Veidekke Eiendom AS totals 88 flats in two five-storey buildings.


The size of the flats varies from 40 to 127 sq.m. The flats have access to their own balcony or terrace. Parking facilities will be provided in the basement. One of the buildings (on Strømmen's main street) will have business premises on the ground floor.


The work is already underway and the flats will be ready for occupation in the summer of 2009. This project has a contract price of approximately MNOK 140 excl. VAT.


Skolegata 4, Strømmen
For Skolegata Utbygging AS, which is 50 per cent owned by Veidekke Eiendom AS, a four-storey residential block containing 37 flats is now under construction. The flats vary in size from 39 to 80 sq.m. and are all designed with access to their own balcony or terrace. There will be parking facilities in the basement.


Construction will be completed by 31 December 2008. The contract price is approximately MNOK 40 excl. VAT.
