Veidekke Eiendom is selling Staversletta, a site in Bærum municipality, to Solon Eiendom. The sale will produce a result of approx. NOK 40 million in Q2.

Staversletta is a site approx. 37 decares in size at Tanumplatået in Bærum. Veidekke Eiendom entered into an options contract to buy the site in 2010. The site was zoned for 63 semi-detached houses in 2018.

“We have developed the site with creating a good semi-detached house project in mind, and are very pleased that such a competent player as Solon now wants to further develop the project. We create value by developing good projects, and although most of them are being realised, it’s also a vital part of our strategy to realise values by selling projects before they are built,” says Anders Holmlund, Regional Director of Veidekke Eiendom.
