Veidekke To Build 54 Flats In Skien

The building will have seven floors including the basement and a total floor area of just under 7,000 square metres. It will be built of in-situ cast concrete. Since the building will be located near the Skien River, extensive foundation work will be required before the concreting work can be started.

All in all, the new building will contain fifty-four flats. These will be two, three and four-room flats varying in size from 36 to 266 square metres. Each flat will have its own balcony. The business premises will be on the ground floor and parking space for the residents will be located in the basement.

Bryggeparken AS, which is the client, is owned equally by Veidekke Eiendom AS and Dynam AS.

Work will commence in the course of this year. The estimated building period is sixteen months.
