Veidekke to Build a New Centre for Cultural Activities in Bømlo

Veidekke Entreprenør AS has signed a contract with the municipality of Bømlo for the construction of a new centre for cultural activities. This is a turnkey contract at a price of NOK 44 million excluding VAT.
The new building will have a total floor area of approximately 3,000 m2. There will be facilities for a cinema, a grand hall, a youth centre with rooms for practice and a musical school. There will also be an office area, which will be put out for rent.


The construction will be carried out by Veidekke, District Haugesund. The work starts in February/March 2004 and will be completed by May 2005.
