Beautifully situated near Kyrkviken on the island of Lidingö, east of central Stockholm, Björnbo nursing home is going to be extended by a new four-storey building containing 80 flats. The flats will be in groups of nine that share common rooms and facilities.

Björnbo nursing home is a private residential home for senior citizens run by Attendo Care AB.

The contract also involves construction of roads and parking facilities.

The contract is a "partnering" contract valued at an estimated SEK 105 million, and work is scheduled for the period June 2008 to October 2009.
