Veidekke is going to erect a new office building of 9,600 square metres in the 'workshop area' at the northeastern part of the outer fortress area. In addition, three existing buildings are to be renovated and linked with the new building. The buildings will have a total floor space of approximately 18,500 square metres and will have room for a staff of 560 people.

The construction is scheduled for completion in the course of June 2006.
