The contract includes 24 dwellings distributed between three houses of eight, six and eight flats respectively. The gross area of the flats varies between 67 and 104 m2. There will be a parking area in the basement of one of the houses in addition to an outdoor carport. The building site is situated in a rural district near the Fana Fjord.

Veidekke Eiendom AS has already sold 22 of the 24 flats.

Construction work starts in January and the project will be completed by 15 December 2004.
