Veidekke to build Bergen Business Park
Veidekke has been commissioned to construct the first two office buildings in Bergen Business Park at Flesland. The developer is Bergen Lufthavn Utvikling AS (50/50 Linstow AS and Flesland Holding AS). This is a turnkey contract valued at NOK 220 million, excluding VAT.
Veidekke will build two five-story office blocks to be called 'The Expo Building' and 'The Mid Building', which will have a total area of 14,000 m2. The two blocks will be constructed above a shared underground car park. This is the start of the development of a modern and ambitious business park next to the new terminal at Bergen Airport at Flesland. The development has high environmental ambitions and will be implemented in phases, based on the needs of tenants.

Construction will commence over Easter and the first office block ('The Expo Building') will be ready for tenants to move into during September 2019.
