Veidekke to Build Day-Care Centres in Ski
Veidekke Entreprenør AS has signed a contract with the municipality of Ski for the construction of two day-care centres. Total contract value is approximately NOK 16.5 million excluding VAT.
The project includes two four-department day care centres, having a gross floor area of 722 m2 each.
One of the day-care centres will be situated in Bøleråsen, Langhus and the other in Skoghus, Ski. Both buildings will have water-borne heating through connection to the district heating facilities at Solborg Retirement Home and Activity Centre.
The work will be carried out as a turnkey contract and will start this January. Completion date has been scheduled for 1 August 2004.
