The flats are to be erected on a centrally situated site in Fetsund and will have a sunny location and an excellent view. The building will have three floors plus secluded top floor penthouses with terraces. Total area is 3,839 m2. The size of the flats varies from 59 to 127 m2. Access to the flats will be from external galleries.

The contract also includes parking areas in the basement and external storage rooms.

The project, which has been designed by Lillestrøm Arkitektskontor AS, will be carried out as a turn-key contract on behalf of Veidekke Eiendom AS. Construction start has been scheduled for December this year, and the flats will be completed by 31 March 2005.
