The contract is for a five-storey building in the centre of Lillestrøm with 109 flats in sizes varying from 38 m2 to 130 m2. The flats will have parking facilities in the basement and on the ground floor, and there will also a public parking area for 130 cars. On the ground floor, 2,000 m2 have been reserved for trade and business purposes. The building's total floor area is approximately 15,000 m2.

The building will be erected in in-situ poured concrete. The façades will be made of brick, steel and glass.

The project will be carried out as a turnkey contract. Construction will start in January 2005, and the flats will be ready for occupancy in June - August 2006.
