Veidekke to build new office building at Bryn in Oslo

Søylen Ole Deviks vei AS has awarded Veidekke Entreprenør AS the contract to build a new office building at Bryn in Oslo. The value of the contract is NOK 200 million excluding VAT.

 

Ole Deviks vei 6 currently consists of two buildings. The existing Rema shop with office premises on the floor above will remain, while the remainder of the building and a separate building will be demolished. A new, modern office building with a floor space of 16,000 m2 gross area is to be built. The building will have a cellar with parking and technical facilities, and there will be five floors of office space above ground. Parts of the building have already been leased.

Demolition work commences in the beginning of December, and construction work is to be completed on 28 June 2012.

The project has been developed in cooperation with Søylen Eiendom, and the parties are very happy to bring the project to fruition.
