The new office building for Fram Investment AS will have seven floors including a basement and a total floor area of 7,000 m2. It will be built of in situ cast concrete and the facades will be of glass.

This is a turnkey contract and the work will be completed by summer 2007. The planning work has started.  

The contract price is NOK 110 million excluding VAT.
