This is a main contract, which includes construction work as well as management and coordination of technical contracts. The retirement home's existing premises of approximately 2,800 m2 will be rebuilt and there will also be a new wing of approximately 3,200 m2.

Construction will start immediately and will be completed in the course of March 2005.
