Veidekke to carry out construction work at Shopping Centre in Stockholm
Veidekke Bygg Stockholm AB is to convert and extend Stinsen Shopping Center in Häggvik, north of Stockholm.
Veidekke Bygg Stockholm AB has won a contract from CA Fastigheter to convert around 8 000 m2 and to build an additional approximately 16 000 m2 of commercial floor space in Stinsen Shopping Center in Häggvik, Sollentuna.
When the conversion and new construction work at Stinsen Shopping Center is finished at the end of March 2008, there will be around 40 000 m2 of commercial floor space, making this one of the largest shopping centres in Stockholm.
The assignment is a joint venture contract worth some SEK 235 million.
