Veidekke to convert a property at Kista in Sweden
Veidekke Bygg Stockholm AB is to convert a property for Ericsson at Kista, north of Stockholm.
The property company Klövern has awarded Veidekke Bygg Stockholm AB a contract to convert around 16 000 m2 of commercial floor space in the property at Helgafjäll 7 in Torshamnsgatan in Kista. The property's total commercial floor space amounts to 30 000 m2.
The conversion work is expected to be completed at the end of December.
This assignment is a joint venture contract worth approximately SEK 50 million.
