The contract includes an extension of the existing shopping centre on three levels, an extension of the parking facilities on two levels and the construction of 21 apartments two levels. In addition to this, the building facades and interior surfaces of the existing shopping centre will be upgraded.

The project has been developed in close cooperation between Sektor Hønefoss Eiendom and Veidekke Entreprenør over the past year. There have been a number of challenges in connection with the area development plan. This has now finally been approved.

The architects for this project are Morten Løvseth Arkitekter AS.

Construction will start this autumn and is scheduled for completion in autumn 2008.
