The building will have a total floor area of 5,700 m2 on four floors including a parking area below ground. There will be a Rema 1000 grocery store on the ground floor and offices on the first and second floor.

Customers will have direct access to the existing centre by way of a covered footbridge on the first floor. The contract also includes (the construction of) a playground and area for ball games close to the building.

Permission to build has been given, and construction start is scheduled for August 2003. The estimated construction period is 11 months.

The project is a turn-key contract with a value of approximately NOK 32,5 million excluding VAT.
