This is a turnkey contract negotiated between Veidekke Entreprenør and the client. The contract includes construction of a new two-storey wing with a total floor area of 5,000 m2, and refurbishing of 13,000 m2 of the existing shopping centre. This will give the CC Mat grocery shop more floor space and the centre will have room for eight to ten new shops.

Construction starts in December 2004 and will be completed during the spring of 2006.
