This means that Gunnar Holth Grusforretning, which is based in Kongsvinger, will take over all the equipment belonging to and all the employees in Kolo Veidekke's mobile crushing operations. The change will be effective from 15 April 2002.

"Mobile crushing operations are not defined as one of Kolo Veidekke's core business areas," says Regional Manager Svenn Bigseth. "We are therefore very pleased that these operations can continue under the management of Gunnar Holth Grusforretning, which we regard as the leading mobile crushing contractor in Norway today."

All existing agreements entered into with Kolo Veidekke will be transferred to the new owner.
