One of the contracts is with Stokke Senter AS, and includes an extension of the existing shopping centre by approximately 3,000 sq.m. and parking facilities in the basement.

For the same project Veidekke will build 42 apartments with basement parking facilities. The developer is Sandefjord Boligbyggelag AL.

Both contracts are turnkey contracts. Construction work will begin after Easter this year and is scheduled for completion in August 2008.
