New offices and dwellings, Holmestrand

Ambra Bydelsenter A/S has awarded a contract to Veidekke for the construction of a building in the centre of Holmestrand containing offices and apartments. The contract value is NOK 35 million excluding VAT.

The building has five storeys and a gross floor space of 3,600 m2. The housing area on the third and fourth floor consists of 12 apartments. The offices have been let to among others the police authorities of Nord Jarlsberg and the municipal tax offices.

The construction work has just started and will be completed by 1 January 2006.

Dwellings and shops, Nøtterøy

Inter Eiendom A/S has asked Veidekke to build a combined residential and non-residential building at Hjemseng in the municipality of Nøtterøy. The three-storey building will have a total floor space of 2,250 m2. On the ground floor of the building there will be a Kiwi grocery shop and there will be 12 flats on the first and second floor.

The contract value is 23 million excluding VAT. The work starts in December and will be completed by 1 December 2005.

Housing Project Nøtterøy

Veidekke's Property Division is going to build a new housing project at Foynland in the municipality of Nøtterøy and has asked Veidekke's construction division to undertake the work. The contract has a value of NOK 65.3 million excluding VAT.

The project consists of 57 apartments spread among seven buildings. Total floor area is approximately 6,600 m2, including an underground parking area. The flats vary in size from 57 m2 to 144 m2.

The work has started and will be completed by 1 February 2006.
