VENCHURS’ CNG Trucks Rolled into Oklahoma City for the Chesapeake Energy Event
Fords newest QVM is invited to show off the latest technology for Dedicated compressed natural gas and Bi-Fuel conversion systems.
Adrian, MI (Oct. 14, 2011) – After debuting their new CNG program at the Green Fleet Conference in Texas last week, Venchurs was invited to the Chesapeake Energy Event this week to show-off the latest technology and trucks for compressed natural gas conversion systems.
Venchurs is Ford’s newest QVM (Qualified Vehicle Modifier) with a forty-year history as a supplier and OEM service provider for Ford programs. “The Green Fleet Conference in Dallas was the perfect venue to debut our new technology and programs” states Jeff Wyatt, Venchurs CEO. “Industry veterans, buyers and competitors were given the chance to see and drive our trucks for themselves. As you might expect, we are proud of our technology and trucks and very pleased to be invited here by Chesapeake Energy.”
At the Chesapeake Energy Event this week, Venchurs introduced Business Preferred Network Dealers to their CNG technology and capabilities. Venchurs brought a pair of new CNG Ford F250 trucks, one Dedicated and the other Bi-Fuel to showcase the technology and the quality of the conversions.
Installation, calibration, and testing of the conversion systems will be completed at Venchurs Vehicle Systems (VVS) complex in Adrian, Michigan, which includes a massive 135,000 square foot conversion facility. Ford OEM warranty is maintained and the CNG system warranty is supported by VVS. The system has been tested and complies with OE specifications and OBD II national standards. Orders may be placed on Ford’s website with vehicles shipped to your fleet through the Ford dealership network.
