Veoneer key dates first half 2019

Stockholm, Sweden, December 20, 2018: Veoneer, Inc. (NYSE: VNE and SSE: VNE SDB), the world’s largest pure-play company focused on Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and Automated Driving (AD), has set dates for its earnings releases and its annual meeting of shareholders.

Veoneer plans to publish its Earnings Release for the 4th quarter on February 13, 2019. The Earnings Release for the 1st quarter is planned to April 29, 2019.

The Board of Directors has set Wednesday, May 8, 2019 as the date for its annual meeting of shareholders to be held in Chicago, IL, USA. Only shareholders of record at the close of business on March 11, 2019 will be entitled to be present and vote at the meeting. Notice of the annual meeting will be mailed to holders of record in late March.
