In 2011 our Vergic Engage platform won the international competition held by CGI Global Innovation Venture Partner Program, a competition with over 1.000 participants. Vergic is also ranked as one of Sweden’s hottest IT-companies by Computer Sweden. Today we serve our market through direct sales and our partner network consisting of CGI, Evry, Knowit, Advania, Go Excellent, Humany and the global prize winning call center software company Interactive Intelligence.

Role

The role of the International Account Director can be based in either somewhere in Europe, Malmö or Stockholm, depending on the right profile. He or she will be responsible for selling our Vergic Engage Platform Software and Professional Services to new and existing clients within multiple verticals across Europe.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a proven track record within account management and business development to make their own mark on this new and exciting venture. You will be working towards meeting and exceeding sales revenue targets on a quarterly basis and will inherit some existing clients but will primarily be tasked to go out and develop new business.  The role includes extensive international travel in order to close business. You will be working with senior level decision makers of larger international clients.

Candidate Requirements:

  • At least 5 years experience within B2B sales with successful results
  • Extensive experience selling software to senior level in the European market
  • Excellent Face to Face presentation and telephone selling skills
  • Documented good sales performance/closing rate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Swedish. Other European languages are considered beneficial
  • Experience and insights within the digital sector and an understanding our competitive landscape. Experience from selling Web/CMS, CRM or BI, are considered beneficial
  • BA or BSc degree (or equivalent), but extensive work experience and personal attributes can compensate

  • Willing and able to collaborate across boundaries to get work done and drive business forward.
  • Accustomed to working independently with keen attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness. Effective time management skills.

  • To travel -3 days a week
