On 21 November 2007, Fidelity International has announced that FMR LLC c/o      
Fidelity Investments, 82 Devonshire Street Boston, Massachusetts 02109, USA has 
reduced their holdings of Vestas shares from 9,608,9951 (cf. company
announcement No. 36/2007 of 9 November 2007)to 9,140,295 shares (4.94 per
cent).
