On 12 November 2007, Franklin Templeton Investments has announced that Franklin 
Resources, Inc., One Franklin Parkway, San Mateo, CA. 94403, USA through various
subsidiaries of said company, has reduced their holdings of Vestas shares to    
9,222,229 shares (4.98 per cent).
