NEG Micon, delisting of Acceptance ISIN 2

Please be informed that the Copenhagen Stock Exchange has decided to delist the Acceptance-ISIN DK001030434-4, NEG Micon, accept 2 with effect from 23 April 2004.

The last day of listing is thus today, 22 April 2004.

The delisting is a consequence of the fact that the mandatory share exchange offer of 12 March 2004 made by Vestas Wind Systems to the shareholders in NEG Micon, expired on 19 April 2004.
