NEG Micon, development of annual general meeting 8 April 2003

NEG Micon A/S has held its Annual General Meeting. The result for 2002 before tax and minority interests was 
a profit of DKK 214m. The Board of Directors was re-elected. The General Meeting authorised the Board of 
Directors to increase the share capital by up to a nominal sum of DKK 60m by one or more issues of new 
shares.
