NEG Micon, listing of new shares with effect from 26 September 2002

The Copenhagen Stock Exchange has decided to admit 1,626 new shares of DKK 10 to listing in securities ID 
code DK001025368-1 (NEG Micon) with effect from 26 September 2002. The new shares will amount to a 
nominal DKK 16,260.
