Vestas has received another two orders with a total capacity of 100 MW to be
delivered to two wind power projects in China.

At the customer's request, details about the projects' ownership, locations,
etc. cannot be disclosed.

Both orders comprise supply of the turbines, a VestasOnlineTM Business SCADA
solution and a two-year maintenance and service agreement.

”Again in 2008, the Chinese wind energy market has been very strong. We are
pleased to see that also entering into the New Year, the market continues to
show its strength and commitment to renewable energy, and we are proud to be
part of this development,” says Vestas China Managing Director Lars Andersen,
and concludes: “As of 30 June 2008, Vestas has delivered more than 1,000
turbines to China, and we continue to have high expectations for the growing
Chinese market.”

Delivery of the turbines for both projects is planned for the third quarter of
2009.

The above orders do not affect the Vestas Group's expectations for 2008 and
2009, cf. Company announcement No. 46/2008 of 6 November 2008.
