With reference to Company Announcement No. 03/2023 of 28 February 2023, Vestas has received a firm and unconditional order in Brazil.

| Contract scope: | The contract includes supply and commissioning of the wind turbines, as well as a 25-year Active Output Management 5000 service agreement. |
| Time of delivery: | Delivery of the wind turbines is expected to begin in the third quarter of 2024, with commissioning expected to begin in the first quarter of 2025. |
