Vestas Wind Systems, change to the board of Management of Vestas Wind Systems A/S

By mutual consent, the Board of Directors of Vestas Wind Systems A/S and Executive Vice President and Deputy CEO, Mr. Torben Bjerre-Madsen, have agreed to terminate the co-operation effective end of September 2004.
